Please note that Rank Math only automatically redirects the URL if the permalink was changed individually in the post edit: https://i.rankmath.com/i/RT5UCD
Rank Math doesn’t handle automatic redirection when you change the entire site’s permalink structure. WordPress should be able to automatically redirect it for you.
Also, when you change the permalink structure of your website, Rank Math automatically updates the sitemap so Google will be able to see the change you have made as well.
Checking the affected page, it seems the new URL is currently redirecting to the homepage. Can you please verify that?
