Automatic Filtering by url parameter

I am not able to see the tablepress-shortcode-filter-get-parameter.php file

These features are now part of the TablePress premium versions, see e.g. https://tablepress.org/modules/row-filtering/ and https://tablepress.org/modules/datatables-auto-filter/

Both of these features modules support filtering from a URL parameter, which is the functionality that is described in those forums threads.

They are both part of TablePress Pro and TablePress Max, which are available at https://tablepress.org/pricing/
