Automatically trigger the affiliate approval when user purchased successfully

Sorry to bother you again, but I wonder if we can set the approval function triggered automatically when user successfully purchased.

I have tried to set the affiliate to be registered automatically when he purchase and become customer but the affiliate registration email didn’t go out. But if I set it to pending and then manually approve affiliate, approval email sent successfully. So I thought maybe we can set it automatically triggered the approval process so the email will be sending out also, instead of affiliate registration email.
