a friend want to use a Promotional/ Affiliate Program to see if it can help his business. Does anyone have experience running it?
He has a small mart with 400-500 regular customers. He wants to deploy some form of WordPress automation (hopefully a Plugin) to track existing Customer’s and track the number of leads/customers they bring in. The system will not just track but also either calculate the Affiliate money pay-outs or at least give access to the data so he can do the monthly pay-out calculations in Excel.
He is not worried getting the program started. He is worried how to manage the data once it starts and even more if it takes off.

I am lost, so I want to ask here, as there may be people who have already worked on it. Any feedback will be appreciated.
