Avoid checking both options in a checkbox field

I use 6 checkbox fields on my form, and all of them are yes or no.

I have been looking for an option to only have one of the two checkboxes ticked, instead of the current option that enables checking off both boxes at the same time. These fields are all required fields, so having a definitive answer is important to me.
