We placed a product on back order couple of weeks ago and then took it off last week, it went back to back order again. We dont use the quantity in Woo, so the system has no way of knowing if the item is selling out and initiate the auto back order. in general I see this trend, where we make a change and a week later it reverts back. Losing faith in WOO. its typically with Woo.

It’s theoretically not possible if you’re not using the track quantity setting, are you certain another colleague is not doing it by accident or a fulfillment (that tracks your inventory) is not doing it automatically?
