Hi @camille35974,
Seeing as this behavior only occurs on OptimizePress pages, I expect it to be something specific to OptimizePress; and I recall having seen similar behavior with OptimizePress before.
Please check under OptimizePress -> Settings -> Scripts and Styles, and ensure that the Complianz styles and scripts are being loaded. I’m fairly certain that this is related.
Kind regards, Jarno
Thanks for your reply.
Is it something to add like custom CSS on OptimizePress settings (global) to force optimizepress to take into account the correct color of the background but also of the text?
Thanks a lot
Hi @camille35974,
I suspect that OptimizePress might disable CSS or scripts from the Complianz plugin. Have you verified that this is not the case in the OptimizePress settings that I previously mentioned?
That would be the first thing I’m interested to know.
Kind regards, Jarno
I just check OptimizePress -> Settings -> Scripts and Styles but how to verified OptimizePress might disable CSS or scripts from the Complianz plugin ? I do not see such options on OptimizePress -> Settings -> Scripts and Styles (i have OP2 and not OP3).
Thanks
Hi @camille35974,
I’m not an expert with the OptimizePress, so I can’t provide more specific details I’m afraid; but if I look at documentation of other plugins (example here), they specifically mention to check these settings in OptimizePress to ensure that it doesn’t stop CSS/Scripts from loading.
Kind regards, Jarno
Sorry i found the option “Disable on front-end (Published Pages) option”
Do i need to tick CSS and JS for your plugin ?
Hi @camille35974,
Yes, please tick both CSS and JS for the Complianz plugin (whereby I am assuming that enabling the checkbox basically means “Yes, I want to enable CSS and JS of the Complianz plugin”).
Kind regards, Jarno
If i tick CSS and JS for your plugin, it disappears on optimizepress pages
Hi @camille35974,
While I’m happy to provide the required assistance in the context of the Complianz plugin, I’m afraid I do not have the OptimizePress plugin myself.
Therefore I can’t really provide any more detailed guidance on how you should resolve this with the OptimizePress settings; but as this seems to occur specifically on OptimizePress pages, I’m rather positive that one of these settings will be related.
If you can’t seem to find the correct setting here, I would recommend asking the OptimizePress team how to best avoid this behavior. They will be better equipped to point you towards the relevant settings in their plugin.
Kind regards, Jarno
