Background image wont stretch on anything but homepage

I have a background image on the homepage that stretches fully whether viewed on phone or computer. But when reducing the browser size on other pages to the same image, the image will reduce and leave white space around the image and not remain stretched.

I’ve even tried copying and pasting the image and settings to all the other pages and it still wont stretch when the browser is reduced.

Is there a different setting for the homepage compared to all other pages?
