It seems that background images in Generatepress Blocks are not replaced with .webp variations.
My settings are as following:
operation mode: CDN friendly alter HTML: yes tried both HTML options: Replace <img> tags with <picture> tags, adding the webp to srcset / Replace image URLs tried both how to replace options: content filtering / complete page
Its about the first image on the page content:
