Hi @gobi54

To resolve your issue you need to increase memory_limit in your php.ini configuration.

Seems like certain plugins active on your site takes more than 75% of available RAM and our plugin does not have enough resources for the backup process.

If you can’t increase the memory limit but want to migrate the site it may be acceptable to temporarily disable all other plugins for the time of backup process which may resolve the issue as well.

Overall I am surprised as you don’t use many plugins, in similar cases the RAM usage is rather around 30% (for the limit like yours 128 MB).

If you can, please increase the limit to 256 MB that should resolve the issue overall.

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!

Increasing the memory solved the problem.
Thanks for your help.

Additional Question:
How can I find out the actual RAM usage?

Hi @gobi54

You can download plugin named Query Monitor it will show you current front end RAM usage on the admin top bar. Once you click on this you can also inspect details and monitor current errors of the site if any exist.
