Hi, I’m having some trouble with my website. I’ve recently transferred my website to another host and I hadn’t been told I need to migrate my database as well so now I don’t have access to my WordPress dashboard. My old host is requiring me to pay again for the services to send me a backup. I also had the upkeep plugin, but I can’t access the backup archive without my original wordpress account. Could you help me?
