We noticed that the gallery class on your website is a custom class instead of WooCommerce standard gallery class. To fix this issue follow the below steps.
- Refer to the plugin settings – Product page tab.
- Set the “Product Image Container CSS Selector” field to the “.wcgs-woocommerce-product-gallery”. It is your product image gallery container CSS selector.
- Save changes and try again.
