The cookie banner appears every time you open the site. I deactivated your plugin and it still appeared. I deleted your plugin and it still appeared!!!!!! even after I cleared the cache. Its a nightmare as I cant promote or monotonize my site. Your plugin has infected my site even after it has been removed. I re installed it hoping that it would fix it but no.
