The page I design contains a main frame with info about the company. I want to add a window/frame on the right side on the page, approximately 30% of the width of the page which contains articles that are added on a weekly basis, each title (it would be better if I can insert a small frame like a cover, a small rectangle that contains a background and the title and can be clicked on) opens up into a blog subdomain or another page. What is such a window or frame inserted on the web page called? Is there is a theme based on such a design.
