Batch Upload into Page without Plug-ins?

Hi WordPress community,

I’ve got an overflowing amount of info in a spreadsheet that I’d like to turn into searchable content on a (dynamic) WordPress site.

I say dynamic because I *intend* to frequently update the page.

However, my WordPress account is one that lacks plug-ins.

If you have any suggestions — beyond “upgrade to use plug-ins,” which I do consider from time to time — please let me know.
