Before footer element loaded inside a widget via short code is not responsive

Hi everyone,

In my local site a before footer template is loading inside a widget by using a hfe_template shortcode. This works great on desktops, however when on mobile, the shortcode doesn’t show the mobile version of the template but it keeps showing the desktop one. When editing by testing the preview the template works fine all the time.
