Hi everyone,
I recently designed/implemented a FAQ/Release Notes site using WordPress for a proof of concept idea. Now, I have some questions on what WordPress can do as we move to getting more requirements for Production.

Questions –
We currently have a few different brands globally, and need different sites per global region, though the content of these sites (FAQs/ Release Notes) will mostly be the same. I have read up on enabling multi-sites which will work in our case using subdomains, but how is the content structured with multi-sites?
We need to serve different content (ie. FAQ / Release Notes) per internal and external users. How can this be achieved across our multisites? Is there any good plugins to restrict content to different sets of users? How to identify the user, as we do not require them to login to view FAQ/Release Notes is also another question…
What is the best way to structure this so in the future, when we post a new FAQ Article (blog post), it can be done in a seamless almost automated kind of way that will be published on the majority (if not all) the multisites so we can keep a streamlined process?

Thanks in advance, still learning quite a bit about WordPress.

If you don’t require the users to login at all across the site(s), I’m not sure how you intend to restrict content to a particular set of users?
This article breaks down some FAQs of Multisite:
> We need to serve different content (ie. FAQ / Release Notes) per internal and external users. How to identify the user, as we do not require them to login to view FAQ/Release Notes
What is internal and external users?
