I volunteer at a local nonprofit store that sells secondhand clothing. I want to help set up a website for them. Is WordPress (.org) and WooCommerce what I am looking for? I am considering Shopify’s $29 basic plan because from what I read, it’s straightforward and easy for beginners. I read that WordPress is more complex for those who have no experience with coding.
All our products would have a quantity of 1. We plan to add 5-10 new products daily. We would also like to make monthly blog posts for our cause.
In the end, we want something simple but I’m also bearing in mind the yearly costs. Is it true that WooCommerce is free minus the domain registration, hosting, and 2.9% + $0.30 for each transaction?
