Hi all,
I’m wondering if the following is possible with WordPress & maybe a few additional plugins (currently using WordPress w/Elementor Pro & a few others but willing to expand as needed).
I have a site that allows people to register for events/programs/etc. Our main conversion point is people registering.
We do not sell any products & it is free to register for all our programs.
We do a lot of email marketing, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to utilize on-site behaviors to send emails dynamically.
**For example:**
My site has programs/workshops of type A, B, and C available for sign-up. Each program is available in New York and Boston.
A brand new visitor visits the website then visits the New York page, then reads up on information about program A, then completes a generic contact form/etc.
Is there a way to track that journey before they submit any information, then send them an automated & targeted email given their pageview history after they submit the contact form?
Ie: send them a follow-up email saying, “we saw you were interested in program A in NYC, here’s some more info…”
If so, how – are there plugins/3rd party tools/etc. that would do this? I’ve looked at Mailchimp/Constant Contact and a few other ESPs, but I have yet to find a way to reliably track page visits/view information before having a user’s 1st party data, then using that info to remarket once 1st party data is collected.
