Best method to get sales remotely for web services company – your Experience Cold Calls/Ads or Some other method

I have started my web agency after a long time working on upwork.I have skills for creating web but wanted sales guidance from you and suggestions which methods have worked best for you ?

I have tried cold calls but it does not seem to be as successful as much as they show in videos
