Elementor seems popular here, so I installed it to try and build a fairly straightforward, grid-based news site. Think design much like The Athletic. I quickly got overwhelmed with options (many behind the Pro paywall), especially stuff more oriented to e-commerce sites than a news site.
Is there a better no-code site builder for what I’m trying to do, or should I keep plugging away with Elementor?
Probably just keep plugging away with elementor. I mean there might be a news theme out there that looks exactly like what you want and would be better to start there.
I’d use oxygen, break dance or bricks builder. But if you know elementor already I would build it with elementor…
It’s doable with the native block editor.
