Best Page Builder for Dynamic Data and Custom Code?

[ad_1]

Hi All 🙂

So far I was able to get my question below working using Bricks + ACF + SwissArmyKnife + Winden and a bunch of custom code. But is there a better and faster way with Page Builders?

Question: What is the best Page Builder for Dynamic Data within the UI of WordPress?

\* Imagine a really complex dynamic data layout for a “Full Book” with more than 1000 pages (massive library of books). Each book page has a corresponding audio-book player that corresponds to a X,Y, coordinates based on which letter is clicked on in the book text the audio-player will jump to that point and play audio, all in real-time (Whisper Sync). Additionally there is a complex “Table of Contents” for each book. There are more than 400 Library “Topics” and several thousand sub-topics. ACF is using relationships that all need to be connected so a “Full Book” can be found in a search form field.

Im working on a very large project. I moved the development around a few times. We went from HTML to –> NextJS then to Laravel and now to WordPress.

The issue has been that we tried to create our own CMS in NextJS (ReactJS) from scratch. You would be shocked to learn how many little apps are built into the core of WordPress. Then we tried Laravel and I found we were again making 200 little apps. So then I started testing with WordPress and Page Builders with ACF and some custom code. I was able to get WordPress to load a a very complex page using 3 different remote DB’s (NoSQL + MySQL + Vector-DB) with a page load speed of less than 800ms. With Laravel we were getting like 1.2 seconds for page load. NextJS crushed it with a 300ms page load.
