I need a plug-in to make a “quiz” that will allow users to select several answers for each question.
For example, let’s suppose that it’s a personality quiz (which is not) and that at the end of taking the quiz, the four conclusions possible are : a) Borderline personality disorder; b) Paranoid personality disorder; c) Histrionic personality disorder; d) Avoidant personality disorder.
For each question asked, I need to link it to several conclusions. For example, if the question is : “Are you anxious ?”, if the person answer “Yes”, I want it to link to : “a) Borderline personality disorder”, “b) Paranoid personality disorder” and “d) Avoidant personality disorder”.
At the end of the “quiz”, I would like the result to be the conclusion (a), b), c) or d)) with the most answers and, if possible, to show the other possible conclusions with the percentage.
I tried Forminator, but it’s impossible to link one answer to several conclusions. I don’t know about the paid option and I didn’t find anything in their documentation.
Do you have any idea what is the best WordPress plug-in for me ? Thanks !
