What peogram or tool would you use to create thr newest looking blog. I use elementary but I find it confusing I really want to blog more but I find the layout and to make it look nice is too confusing ehat plugin app or pegram do you use to create nice looking blogs white you can focus on writing and not layout

Purchase a theme. Import pre-made layouts. Apply some minor tweaks. That’s it.
Like u/ToolsIntelligence said. Most free themes will get you 90% of the way there. Learning the basic of CSS will get you most of the way to the end. There is alot of page builders out their like elementor , themify and divi which do alot of the heavy lifting for you.
There is always the option of hiring a developer, to get exactly what you want. Spinning up a blog would only take a dev a hour or so.
