Best way to Migrate from ACF to PODS with WP All Import

I have ACF Pro and WP All Import / Export and I'm considering migrating from ACF to PODS because it's supposed to be the bees-knees. But, I'm looking for guideance on:

1. Is this a good plan – Am I missing crucial information about negative consequences of migrating to PODS?
2. What is the best approach – what fields should map to each other?
3. Is there a better alternative?
