Hi,
I just finished developing a website redesign on a local server. What would be the best way to transfer the redesign to the live woo-commerce website?
Should I import the live woo-commerce data to the local server and then migrate the whole file? I can’t really seem to find good tutorials on this or know what I’m supposed to search for.

Depends what you mean by “developed a website redesign”? What did you actually do?
Depending on how busy your website is, I’d backup live and restore local. Do whatever redesign you have and backup-restore back to live. If you have a busy site, then a syncing tool would be more appropriate.
Technically, I’d use Updraft, ensuring the same live plugins are locally installed. I also have the same live domain in localhost to make the https cert and Updraft Free to work. HTH.
