I’ve been working on my client’s site on my SiteGround hosting account and now it’s finish I need to move it to the client’s hosting account also on SiteGround.

This is something the support team at SG should be able to assist you with this.
My preferred way is to use wpcli to export the database, rsync the wp-content folder (any any other important or custom files in the site root, like htaccess etc) and then wpcli to import the db back in and do any necessary domain/URL updates. Fast, efficient, reliable.
I have been using either this options from SiteGround – Transfer the Ownership of the website ([https://www.siteground.com/kb/can-transfer-ownership-website/](https://www.siteground.com/kb/can-transfer-ownership-website/)), or on my own via migration plugin All in one WP migration (or Duplicator, or MigrateGuru,etc.)
