I’m working on a chatbot project that would keep and store the conversations as well as several other types of interactions with a user. I’m trying to think long term and scale to several thousand or more users. I had concerns about this being a bit excessive for wordpress and was wondering at what point should I consider an external application to handle dedicated queries over that user data or would I be better off just doing everything in WP overall.
I plan to host this in a lightsail cpanel environment if that matters.
