It could be a host of issues related to your robots.txt, site content and age, false malware flagging, or many other aspects that may or may not be related to WP at all. Your best bet is to sign up for Bing Webmaster Tools, submit and verify your site, and then check those logs for crawl errors and/or submit a ticket.
