  1. You’re using custom video codecs. I can’t even play it on my computer after downloading. It says I need to buy HEVC Video Extensions in order to play.

    So you need to stop encoding in codecs that aren’t supported by everyone. I believe the standard these days is H.264 mp4 files.

  2. Are you uploading and serving video from your website/webserver? I would recommend just serving them from Vimeo or YouTube. Web servers aren’t meant to serve video, plus it may well eat through any bandwidth allowance you have.
