I’m a happy user of PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce. But now I have a big problem, can you help me?
When I send an email as an admin by clicking in the order column and selecting complete and send email ( ) a page opens with “-1” and nothing else. ( )
Also customers no longer get confirmation emails. And also no attachments. But I don’t see any errors in the email logs either.
If I check in the check & Log plugin whether a test email is sent, there is no problem. Then the test mail just arrives. So my conclusion is that the SMTP settings are all correct.
I have tried many things, but I can’t figure it out. Can you guys help me?
