OK, so do you use Autoptimize’s lazyload (on the Images tab) or another one? Can you disable lazyloading to confirm if that makes the problem go away?
Yes the problem is solved when I deactivate the images lazyload option from autoptimize settings.
Does it mean it is not compatible with my set up and should use another plugin for lazyload?
Based on the 2nd screenshot AO’s lazyload is acting on an empty image (which it should not but the question is how the empty image gets there to start with, it seems weird). I’d like to inspect the HTML of your site to better understand what is happening, can you share the URL so I can have a look?
I indeed see an empty image being pretty useless rigth after the Tawk.to JS script, any idea how that ended up in there? Maybe a copy/paste leftover when adding the tawk.to JS? Can you remove that?
if you can’t remove it, try adding src="" to the lazyload exclusion list maybe, that will probably be a workaround?
Hi,
I would like to remove it so that it is clean, however, I don’t know how to find the file where this code is, do you have an idea?
With the workaround you gave, the problem is solved.
Thanks a lot

no, afraid I don’t have a good idea of where that might be no.

you’re welcome, feel free to leave a review of the plugin and support here! 🙂
OK will definitely do that!
