The home page URL is this: The URL is this: https://animedcare.com/
And there a button link is this: https://animedcare.com/appointment/
But that link is protected by UM, that only logged in user can visit this page(https://animedcare.com/appointment/) else show UM login page.

Got the solution, somehow someone removes the default login shortcode from UM-login page.
