Block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed

Hi there,

Thanks for using podcast player on your website.

Since the issue is on the backend (which I cannot access directly), therefore, please bear with me while we together identify the issue.

Can you “Inspect” the page using the console. Please use the following steps,

  1. Go to the editor page where the block has been added (and error message is displayed).
  2. Now right click anywhere on the page and select “Inspect” or “Inspect Element” (depends on the browser).
  3. Click on the “Console” tab on the bottom window that opened in the above step 2.
  4. Look for any red colored errors in the page. You can take screenshot and share with me.

Most likely, some other plugin may have caused this issue. Therefore, we can do one more thing,

  1. Go to Dashboard > Plugins.
  2. Disable a plugin and check if this resolve the issue. If not, just enable the plugin again
  3. Repeat above step 2 with the next plugin.
  4. This way, we can identify which plugin is causing the issue.

Kindly inform me about this and we will try our best to resolve this issue.

Inform me for any more help or explanation on the issue.

Thanks,

Thank you very much for your reply.
I hadn’t even dug into the error, but did so after you pointed out debug mode.
Turns out that the plugin BBQ Firewall was blocking access.
There are options to whitelist needed queries, but for now opted to remove and use a different firewall.

I’m working great at this time.

Thank you for your swift reply, and this was a good note to do a little more investigating on my end before requesting assistance.
