Blocksy – Edit News URL & Migrating Blog Posts

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to change the structure and URL for the news section which is included in the themes like the app theme? Looking to change it from /news to /blog.

Also, I'm looking to migrate the blog posts and content from an existing website to this new theme. Any simple way of doing it, or recreating them manually is the best bet? It's the only content I'm looking to migrate, the rest is being rebuilt from scratch.
