Blog, forum, Job listing’s, & Vehicle classifieds in one site possible?

Hi,

Is it possible to build a site that has a blog, forum, job listing’s, and vehicle classifieds with WP ?

Or maybe removing the forum and just keeping the other 3 options.

Can this be done with a plugin or plugin’s ? If yes can you mention which ones.

Would the images for the vehicle ads/listing’s be too much on the site and slow it down ? Is there a way to automatically compress the images or convert them to webp images after the users upload them for their ad ?

Or would it simply be best to make each option into an individual site instead ?
