Blog page doesn’t work ( first doesn’t show blog titles) and then whatever changes I make on my side don’t end up published

I am a beginner and I am losing my mind. By no means I am a website creator just someone who needed a website and didn’t have the budget to hire someone.

I tried a thousand times, in a thousand ways, to make titles appear on blog page.

Sometimes it shows that blog is invalid (when I am in editing mode) the blog page doesn’t show up at all on the published website.

Other times posts do appear, but have no titles.

I’ve deleted and created the same blog page like 100 times already and don’t know what to do next.
