Hi,
Is bluehost online chat off? I have just subscribbed to BH for a 1 page WP site and all i keep getting is the site can’t be reached from the BH account page. I have tried to get online chat but that is not doing anything, the phone support asks me for what I need and as soon as I say support the line goes off. Did I choose the wrong hosting provider? (Im based in Australia)

Man one of my clients uses Bluehost and omg service is crappy and for some reason the website always gets infected once a month, after which the website gets blocked and i have to get on chat support to scan the website files, which takes a long time then I check the results and remove the files that are infected and then re do the chat support to scan and check for malware then after it’s confirmed they will get in touch with their tech team to unblock the website it’s all a hassle. And the entire time they will ask to purchase sitelock to prevent infection again
