Bluehost disappeared and now cannot help with space after multiple attempts to restore.

My website through bluehost disappeared. After multiple attempts to restore the backup (I think some failed), it is now showing that we are using 99% of our 10g. When I contact bluehost to help, they said we have to delete any unneeded or upgrade. So….can you direct me please on how to find what to delete? No. Sorry, we have no access to that. So now I am asking if anyone can help me. I cannot upload product image on my site because they are stating we have to delete stuff. I am more worried about deleting something important and it is sad that they cannot help us with that.
