Blurry enlarged product image on single product page

hi, I’m really new to creating ecommerce websites. I’m adding photos to my product, and they look good in the shop page as thumbnails but on the product page the image is enlarged and blurry. how can I resolve this? any help would be greatly appreciated

blocksy theme is used for my theme

i use canva to edit and resize into 1000×1000 px

then using imresizer to reduce the file size and set dpi to 72

again, I’m really new I’ve never made a website before and have no clue what I’m doing wrong
