Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. It looks like the setting for image resolution is set to the ‘Thumbnail’ size. Please go to Instagram Feed > All Feeds > Feed Options (Pen icon/click your feed’s name) > Posts > Images and Video> Resolution. Here select Auto-detect (recommended) which is what we suggest for the best performance and look. Save the settings in the top right and clear any website caching.
