Hey – I’d love some thoughts!
My client offers “junk pick-up” services and is looking for a new, streamlined system, where:
1. A customer would be able to book a pick-up appointment via the client’s WP website (Amelia?)
2. The customer would receive appointment confirmation
3. Internal staff would receive an appointment notification
4. Any associate would be able to show up to the appointment with an ipad to confirm the pick-up (and do the work). This associate would have a simple dashboard where he can confirm the information, add info as needed, then proceed.
5. Customer would receive final receipt via email.
I’m thinking Amelia covers (1-3), but I’m unsure about the remaining steps.
I’m digging into Zapier to see what integrations would helpful.
Any thoughts?

In Amelia you can setup an email address also receive all emails sent to any employee. Set up a booking email for employees with all the data.
Make a zapier email account (cant remember their name for this) and put the email address into that setting.
Now use zapier to map the booking data into an output that is sent to whatever task management solution you find fit.
