I am using the well known Booknetic plugin for my booking system. However, after adjusting and completing all the settings I have done a trial run to make sure it all works. Upon testing I found the booking created doesn’t appear on the dashboard and instead only shows the “new customers”.
The screenshot shows what I am seeing, new customers being noticed by the plugin, but no appointments being added.
Anyone have any suggestions? Much appreciated.
I have tried to contact support, but they take forever.
