Brand new to trying to make a blog website, and I don’t know how to edit “title” or the other texts

I’m clicking through all these blocks and I have no idea what I’m doing. I want to change “title” to an actual set of words that will be used to title my first blog post, and I’d like to use the block underneath for the actual paragraphs. But I see no buttons available to actually change the text
