TL;DR – what is available to create logos for use on WP sites with transparent backgrounds. WIth the advent of AI we of course have DALL-E and other things but it tries too hard. I’d like something that i can create nice, clean, crisp logos that are scalable. Even better if there is a way to do oit for free or low cost.

This may well belong in a sub more suited to design but we we are primarily implementing WP sites i’ll try anyway.
The creative side of WordPress deployment has never been my strongest skill; my background is in infrastructure, performance and monitoring etc. and i rely heavily on a good theme to make a site pop. I’m comfortable adding some things like CSS or creating a child theme and OK with some coding pieces but the more i do the more i find myself asking the question “what can i offer for branding”.
More often than not the client already has a logo / colour palette ready to go however it’s 50/50 whether they have the logo etc in a format that is decent quality, is transparent / vector etc.
