Can you please post your site URL? We’d love to see what the issue is so we can fix it in the next release. If we can’t provide a solution then yes, unfortunately, the only solution is to rename the plugin folder via FTP.
I’m having the same issue! (can’t send you the url, since I disabled the captcha completely until it’s fixed. (and otherwise people can’t login anymore)
Is it possible to send you the login urls privately?
