I checked the Cyprus Post shipping provider tracking link and there is not any issue with it – https://www.cypruspost.post/en/track-n-trace-results?code=RB018397551CY.
Please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.
Hi @zorem , it doesn’t work.
There’s no tracking information to the link you sent – and it shows “Token expired” at the top.

You will need to manually insert the tracking number again on this page to get the tracking information.

Before it used to work fine.
Your links were sending people to the actual tracking page without having to re-type the tracking..
now it seems this is not working.
They added some token validation on the direct tracking link so we can’t use the direct link.
@zorem Is it possible we have a second option for Cyprus Post?
This website also belong to the Cyprus post https://ips.cypruspost.gov.cy/ipswebtrack/
And it seems to work with only the tracking code and just &Submit in the url i.e. check this https://ips.cypruspost.gov.cy/ipswebtrack/IPSWeb_item_events.aspx?itemid=RB018397551CY&Submit=Submit
