I’ve started a hockey community with Buddypress and bbpress for discussions.
I’m curious if anyone has a preference between Buddypress Groups (with forums) vs a traditional bbpress Forum structure.
For example, I want to have a Forum Category for League Talk – then have forums for each major league, and subforums for each team:
* League Talk
* NHL
* Anaheim Ducks, etc. etc.
* AHL
* Abbotsford Canucks, etc. etc.
In a forum format – that’s pretty straight forward. If I did it in a Buddypress format, I’d probably forego the categories and just have groups for each team.
How do you handle your Buddypress/bbpress integration?
