After cutting down my old web editor showcase website (for money and maintenance reason) I want to start again from scratch with wordpress.
I am looking for this:
Free or very very very very cheap.
With no ads
Enough room for a few pictures
Having my own domain proved not so interesting and annoying.
Skip WordPress, use CloudFlare pages and basic html.
Or, be willing to pay a minimum of $5/month for web hosting
