That’s not a bug on our end, there are no “tags” of “Ocean Extra” after 1.6.5 at all. You can see all their available versions here:
I would reach out to the plugin author to see if they either skipped those versions completely or if they can backfill the previous versions into their plugin SVN repo to resolve this. But without the proper tags there’s nothing we can do about that.
